Over the past few years the athletic boosters have been raising funds to replace the aging press box. As a result of their efforts, the athletic boosters were able to donate $225,000 to the district, and the district’s board has agreed to use that money toward replacing our press box. The press box will be named in memory of the late Marlo Mills, a beloved BC community member and former employee.
His wife, Bonnie, and children, Mike and Marla, and their grandchildren joined us for a special presentation honoring Marlo and the donation at the January 7th basketball game. Marlo served in numerous positions throughout his time at BC and he is missed by many. Thank you to all who helped make this possible!
