Trip Date: Wednesday MAY 19-22 2021
Trip Cost: Whether the cost is $685 or $710 depends on the number of students per bus. If there are approximately 35 students or more on all buses the cost is $685, if there are fewer than 35 on any of the buses the price will be $710. For example, if we have 101-104 students we will need three buses, but they will not all have 35 or more students so we would pay the higher price.
Last Payment: Approximately March 1st 2021 but more info will come. Please do not pay over $685 until the final price is determined. Pay up to the $685 and when we know the final price you can pay the extra $25 if the buses are not “full” at that time. This avoids the need for any refunds.
Registration and final Payment Deadline: Approximately March 1, 2021 (Full payment is due that day)
Payment Information: $200.00 deposit due at the time of registration.
FAQ
1. How do I register my child for this trip?
For the class of 2024 register here: Registration and click the green "select" tab and you will be guided through the registration and payment process. Pleae read the Trip Protection Information. The trip for the class of 2025 will open up registration soon.
2. What does the cost include?
The trip cost includes everything except the first meal on the way (probably at a food court or fast food restaurants) and souvenirs. Students will be given $10 cash for lunch and dinner at a food court on Saturday and $15 at the Capitol Café on Friday. On the way home, students will receive $10 to eat at a food court or travel mall. This will be close to the amount needed to get a typical meal at these restaurants, so students might want a little extra just in case. I would think that $20 or so would cover it. Breakfast will be all you can eat at the hotel all three mornings. Dinner on Thursday and Friday evenings will be all you can eat.
