FFA Members Make School History
FFA
Bloom-Carroll Agriculture students made school history on Saturday, December 14th by placing 2nd in the State Novice Parliamentary Procedure Contest at the Ohio State University. Students were tested on Robert's Rules of Order and carried out a 15-minute demonstration of parliamentary procedure with motions and abilities they received two minutes prior to the demonstration.

"This is a very impressive group of 8th and 9th graders who are well-spoken, poised and polished in running a business meeting. Thanks again to Amy Moore for coaching and to all the people who helped this team reach it's goal of putting a banner on the Bloom-Carroll FFA Wall of Fame. Parliamentary Procedure has always been a cornerstone of FFA's leadership development. Having a team excel in this competition has taken hours of hard work and dedication from this group of students and volunteers. We are all in this together....Our students, their futures, our focus! ~ Christi Bachman
