Creating a culture of leaders is the goal behind BCHS’s new Leadership Training Institute (LTI). The LTI was launched at the beginning of this school year in collaboration with leadership coach Jack Slavinski. Mr. Slavinski works with school districts across Ohio on leadership and culture development, teaching and encouraging students how to make a lasting difference by being a leader of positive influence. Mr. Slavinski is on a mission to help students create the best, most resilient version of themselves and their teams.
