The sign-up window is now open for this year's Parent-Teacher Conferences. Parents can sign-up for a conference with their child’s teacher through the Bulldog Portal on our website or by clicking on the Online Parent-Teacher Conference Scheduler icon illustrated below.
This year parents have three different options to select from to meet with their child's teacher:
1. an
in-person meeting
2. a
phone conference (the teacher will call you during your scheduled time)
3. a virtual conference through Google Meet (the teacher will email you a Google Meet link in advance of your scheduled meeting)
Please indicate your preference when signing up through the online conference scheduler.
If you would like to sign-up to meet with multiple teachers at the same time, you will need to follow the directions provided at the link below:

Middle school parents that would like to schedule a conference with the following teachers should sign-up through the 9-12 folder in the online conference scheduler:
Bartholomew, Olson, Eggleston, Wentz, Roshon, Bachman, Falvo, or Jeffers
If you are planning to
attend in-person for your conference, please help us keep you and others safe
by following the social distancing and safety guidelines listed below when
visiting the buildings:
- We are asking that only one parent/guardian attend the conference this year.
- All visitors are
required to wear a face covering (mask).
- Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the buildings.
- Please maintain a safe
space between you and other people who are not from your household, preferably
6 feet apart, in both indoor and outdoor spaces.
- Enter the building only
at your designated conference time. If you arrive early, please wait in your
car until your scheduled conference time.
- Please follow the signs
for entering and exiting the buildings.
In addition, please conduct a health check on yourself before visiting our campus. If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, please email your child's teacher to make other arrangements for your scheduled conference.
- Do you have a
temperature above 100*F?
- Do you have a loss of
smell or taste?
- Do you have a
headache?
- Do you have a sore
throat?
- Do you have a
persistent cough?
- Do you have difficulty
breathing?
- Do you have digestive
issues?
- Are you waiting for a
COVID-19 test result?
- Have you been recently
exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19?
