Bloom-Carroll High School students had the opportunity to hear Maria's Message from Dom Tiberi, well-known sports announcer for WBNS-10TV and father of Maria Tiberi.
The Tiberi family was touched by tragedy in 2013 when their 21-year old daughter Maria was killed in an automobile accident as a result of distracted driving. Mr. Tiberi has made it his personal mission to travel to high schools throughout Central Ohio sharing Maria’s message and encouraging students, as well as adults, to avoid distractions while driving.
