CCP Physics Students Visit Delta H Technologies
DH Technology
Students in Mrs. Gudde's CCP Physics class recently had the opportunity to visit Delta H Technologies located here in Carroll, Ohio. The owner and founder, Richard Conway, and his wife Mary, took the students on a tour of the facility to show them the latest technology used at Delta H to design and build furnaces to heat treat materials at their shop.

Most of the furnaces built at Delta H are used for aircraft parts. The company has made several furnaces for Air Force bases all over the world and have even had their furnaces used to heat treat rocket parts for NASA.

The physics students are currently studying thermodynamics in class. The visit to Delta H was a great opportunity for students to see what they are learning in action and how it is applied in industry.
