A reminder to all parents to complete the forms in Final Forms before the start of the school year. Parents can log into their Final Forms account through the Parent tab in the Bulldog Portal on our website.
Click on the 2022-2023 school year and review any forms that appear in red.
Once you have verified all information, scroll to the bottom of each form and type your name exactly as it appears and then click submit.
These forms are required to be signed prior to the first day of classes.
