Bloom-Carroll FFA Annual Strawberry Sale
Each year, the Bloom-Carroll FFA Chapter has a strawberry sale in early February. On Thursday, February 9th, they started their sale, hoping to reach over their income from last yearís sale. They are selling one product, a flat of strawberries (8 pints), for $20 a flat. The deadline for the members to get their information in is Wednesday, February 22nd. The strawberries are coming in on the week of March 13th. Along with the B.C. FFA members selling, Mrs. Roshonís home economics class is making pamphlets to go along with the strawberries to go to customers. These will include nutrition facts about the strawberries, as well as recipes for your convenience. If you would like to buy strawberries, you can contact the Bloom-Carroll FFA department, or any Bloom-Carroll FFA members you know.
