We are excited to share with you that we will be providing K-12 online parent-teacher conference scheduling starting with our upcoming conference dates in January and February. MyConferenceTime is a web-based scheduler and through its use, we hope to improve parent participation, convenience for parents, and improve the overall scheduling efficiency.
Eliminating out-of-date scheduling procedures will reduce the cumbersome process of sending forms with conflicting conference dates and times back-and-forth between the school and home. Parents of elementary students who are uncomfortable scheduling conferences online may request a traditional conference scheduling form by contacting their child’s teacher. Middle and high school parents may contact the respective building secretary to schedule an appointment.
The window to begin scheduling winter conferences will open on January 17th. Once the window opens, you can start using MyConferenceTime by visiting our website at www.bloomcarroll.org. To access, click on the Bulldog Portal, Parent Resources tab and look for the MyConferenceTime logo. Click on the logo to sign in. January 31st: Grades K-2, 5-12
February 7th: Grades K-12
February 21st: Grades 3-4
